You also should not hesitate changing dealers without guilt, that's the business, and if they can't get you a car for the better part of a year, well... You can also investigate having a car shipped from a remote dealer by a commercial carrier, this is pretty common. If you buy remote, make certain you know all the incidental costs, conveyances, etc., so you are not surprised on the day you sign the contract.
