click on upload photos and follow the directions

Click on the little icon of the "mountain". That opens a window that allows you to insert the URL where the image resides. It puts the URL between img tags - you can also do this manually.

ok..... i uploaded it to my gallery.... when i click on the mountain icon it asks for a url....

I'm not real good at describing things like this, but here goes:

Open your image in the gallery,
Right click on image
Click "Properties"
In window that opens, highlight and "Copy" the URL of the picture

In your message, click the "Mountain"
In the box that opens, right click, and select "paste"
Your URL should appear in the window
