My MA just called to tell me the car just showed up at the lot!!!! Unfortunately, I can't go get it today (6 hr drive round trip) because I have to take my son to a birthday party this afternoon, and the dealership is closed on Sundays!! How the heck am I supposed to sleep??????

The crazy thing is that I ordered my car on Feb. 22 and they expected a delivery of late April. Now it's here and I can't get it until Tues or Wed :(

Geee, not anything I did, i'm sure! Like I said, I was told to expect a mid-late April delivery. Ma called today and said "Mr. Davis, I have some very good news..." I couldn't believe it either.....blew me away, and now I cannot wait to go pick it up!!! Hope yours gets here early too, good luck!!!

 

Naw that's okay. Congratz though. I'm not really angry, just kinda thought it was funny that you ordered yours so late in Feb and your already gettin' it! That's sooo cool though! HAVE FUN!

WOW! That was fast....what luck! You won't be able to sleep, or if you DO fall asleep, you'll dream of motoring, I'm sure. Just pretend to sleep...at least, rest your eyes!

 

You could have taken him to a differnt kind of birthday party. He would have forgotten about that other party shortly after getting in the MINI

 

And to think, I was worried about it arriving in time for the Dragon!!!
