For the older mini, 02's and such, what is the wheel hp? The crank is 163. When does the crank stop being 163, and start being 168? Stupis q's

I belive the HP change was in 05. The 04's are rated lower than the 05 & 06 models.

As far as Wheel HP - I know alot of people have dyno'ed thier cars and have real #'s but as a general rule you lose about 10-15% of your crank HP in your transmission and related accesories - so crank HP - 10-15% will get you close to wheel HP.

But there are people on this forum who have actual #'s that are much more accurate that me

So hopefully they will chime in soon
