I was wondering what the scene is like in the Boston Area... I figured with there being MINI of Peabody up our way, we should have some decent owners' clubs. Ive looked around the forums a bit but haven't really found anything. Thanks!

 

The local section of NAM for our area isn't really that up-to-date.

If you go to www.oceanstatemini.com you will find out about a lot of local events.

Also, the NY/NE forum on MINI2 is pretty well stocked.

Hey Thanks. Ya know. All the time Ive been here, I never saw the local forums at the very bottom. I also found http://www.nemini.org/ForumsPro.html Which is a NE specific MINI site looking for some traffic... Might be worth it to start making a presense over there too.

 

nemini is mostly NYC area folks.

The Boston area folks hang out mostly on mini2.

Hi jmmas, and welcome. While the rest of the country is active here in nam, new england is mostly active over on mini2. We probably put the others to shame. Head over to the mini2 new england forum and introduce yourself, and keep an eye out for the many events we organize over the summer.

 

While we are in Western Mass, haven't seen much activity on NAM, and we are checking on mini2, but not as regularly.

I gotta believe there are a bunch of minis up here itching to go out and play.!

Yep! Ill have to keep an eye out in the area for decent strips of road to take him out and flex a bit once he gets here! I was also hoping to find some formed groups in the area to hang out, talk shop, have picnics... ya know, your avg events.
