Where's my Mini?

Hello,
First off I have to admit I don't own a Mini at this time, but wishing and continual plotting (to my wife's dismay) will bring one to our family. I just finished reading MC2 cover to cover and as much as I enjoy my Honda, there can only be one. So at some point the civic will be up for sale and a Mini will be ever closer. I have recently started Solo 2 again and I've watched Mini's beat me by 2-3 sec easily. So if you can't beat em' join em'. For now I will live vicariously through this site. Thanks

Its simple. Let her drive an automatic then get a stick (by mistake, of course).

It's not a matter of auto vs. manual, we both drive stick. It's about trying to sell a Honda that doesn't have A/C or any options. Great for autocrossing (light weight) but not so good for resale. Plus Mini's are priced to high here (Canada) at the moment, maybe next year. Maybe I'll look to the old mini's, I love them too.

Try selling the Honda to a would be autocrosser that doesn't have a car yet. Maybe of the the kids you see at the events who are just approaching driving age? They of course go to the "Mom and Dad" loan company.
