...so I called ASK MINI just now and the rep I talked to asked who he was speaking with. I said "Katherine" and he immediately said my last name! I said "How'd you know that?" to which he replied "We have your phone number on file and each time you call, we make a note."

Whoops! I had no idea they did that. I apologized for calling obsessively since obviously they have it on record how many times I've called each day - and he was of course very nice, and said he understood my excitement!

Anyway, I was amused/embarassed.

 

Ohhh man...it's a good thing I didn't know that, I was pretty obsessive about calling ASK MINI during the whole production status too... I'm sure they are kind of used to it.. I wonder if they go home and talk about all the crazy mini owners that called during the day (me being one of them)
