Greetings!
Hmm, how to introduce myself... Male, 54 by the clock but 20-something by behaviour, live in Ft. Worth TX, work for the state of Texas. I've always been a motorhead & raced a '66 Mustang in SCCA A-Sedan back in the day. Motorcycles are my passion; currently have a 1984 BMW R-100RS that I bought new - it now has 283,000 miles. The other bike is a '91 BMW K-75S - it's the baby, with only 41K miles.
Bought my Mini, a standard Cooper, at Moritz in Arlington TX on 2-8-07 & currently have 1500 miles on it. My BMW experience tells me internet forums are better than service manuals for learning how to maintain a new toy. I'm glad to be here!
