Geoffrey At Autocross

Hey Guys,

Went autocrossing last Sunday. Geoffrey's third one in two months. Must say I am hopelessly addicted. Dropped him off at Kensington Motor Cars here in Las Vegas to get the NM springs installed to handle that body roll. Will post pics later today.

Nice going! Does your car have Sport Suspension? I think I'll do an autocross next weekend. Wonder if I can get power down to the inside rear wheel in a turn...

It didn't then and I could really notice buddy roll in tight corners. Geoffrey got the NM springs this afternoon. I love the ride and handling. I think the sport suspension will help you but I haven't driven a countryman with it. Have fun!

FYI..they would only give a $500 discount off, but my MA called later and said that in April the $750 incentive is back. I still can't do anything now because I'm in a current lease that lasts until November of this year! Boo!!! Killing me, I want this car!!
Hmmmm, sounds like a great chance to decide excacly what you want and then order it in Late September.

Thats funny. I figured as my first autocross tire, start with what works. Anything is better than the all season run flats with 500 treadwear. What do you run, NavyNUKE?

Ohh, you're the same person from the AutoX thread, hah. Yea, they work great as an autocross tire, I just think it's funny that EVERYYYONNEE has them, hah.

I autocross but I needed something that was also a little better in the wet for a Daily Driver, I'm running Conti ExtremeContact DW.

Are these LED units an easy install? Do you get to them through the wheel wells? Thanks!

In terms of visibility from the drivers seat do they give more or less light then the stock light? They look great thanks.

I run with DTRL on, and I haven't ever compared the stock to these LED's. I mostly did it for esthetics. I'm sure I wont notice a difference until I can get the "fog" lights replaced with an LED bulb.
