You can work around it though. When I had my MINI a now defunt company sold roll up shades you put between your pull cover and the glass and it made it night and day. fast forward a few years and when I got my A3, I went to home depot and got the same material (Mylar) and cut them to fit my dual sunroofs. Now I have both coolness in the summer and can open them wide in the winter (or whenever I choose). On rainy days I pop the cover out of the back sunroof because my 2 year old daughter loves to see the rain hit the roof.

Can't wait to see the price on the JCW Countryman ALL4. I was thinking it going to be about $35k. But I want one so :-)

It's going to be North of that for sure. A well equipped All4 can easilybe 35, throw on the tune, upgrades and aero package and 45 might not be out of possibility

Yup. Mine was just under 40k and it's not even a JCW. To get an idea, I priced out a Hardtop, then optioned out a hardtop JCW with the same options to see the price difference. Then added that percentage to my CM build. It came out to 48k, if I'm not mistaken.

Never realized how well the labels on my wife's bike's forks matched the colour-scheme on our car...

Not bad for doing a lot of 75-80, and a lot of unforeseen traffic.

Saw tons on MINIs in SF, but no CMs. In the suburbs though, that was another story. Saw an easy 10-15 a day.

And this little guy was in the Danville parade

Having spent most of my life driving across the GG Bridge that would more accurately be called a marine Layer of coastal fog hugging the coast. Driving through it with your sunroof open is always a blast unless it gets too cold - in July!

That's why you need the auto climate control and heated seats for the summer around here. It can be over 100 when I leave the office and barely 60 when I get home 25 miles later.

Awesome picture Mojito BTW
