Just ordered mine this past weekend. 2012 Countryman S CS/CS, auto, premium, cold weather, sport w/18" anthracite wheels, adaptive xenons, H-K sound, bluetooth, black lounge leather, black door panels, polar gravity inserts, piano black accents. Will be one sweet ride after the window tinting, flat black viper stripes and flat black 4" exhaust tips are added. Will change out the rf's for all seasons probably Continentals.
Now comes the long wait...oh well save up more $$ for more upgrades/additions!
Thanks for the info I've received from reading the various posts/threads.
Thanks critterz, it was after seeing yours that finally made up my mind for the color. Was thinking about RG but no two look the same...brownish grey-taupe grey-etc. I think the light colors stay true to their hues.
I've been stuck on "in the paint shop" for about 3.5 weeks with an estimated completion date of Aug 16th (today). Has anyone else had the same status for a long time as well?

I called Ask MINI this morning and the automated system now says "awaiting transport". Phew.. Either that was the longest paint job ever, or the status was just bunk.
The reason for the delay in the body shop is due to the factory being shut down for the first 2 weeks of August. They failed to mention that it was sitting in the body shop by itself waiting for the workers to get back!
That's why a normal 8-day production took more like 30 days for some of us. Be happy though...the workers came back Monday and production is back in business...

wokNroll--- did your status get moved as well?
Yep, I just checked and it's now been "released to carrier and awaiting transport to a port of exit". Phew indeed!
Only change I've seen in my status is a bump up in estimated completion date from 8/19 to 8/18. Means my countryman should be done tomorrow, but haven't had any status updates like "in paint shop" or "body shop".
Just called ASK MINI and have great news Estimated completion date of our baby is August 19th. Maybe we will take delivery by the middle of September. Now to watch it the rest of the way. Owners Lounge still says scheduled for production. but no date yet. They really are behind online.

CM51, my baby was scheduled for completion today. Yesterday, the system still said it was in production. When I called a little while ago, it said it was in the paint shop with today still being the completion date.
Hopefully tomorrow it will say it's awaiting transport or something.
Ladybug officially has a status of 190..."Dispatched from AG."
This is the status that it will remain at from the point that it departs the factory until it updates to status 193..."Arrival at port" when it is off the train and ready for the ship. According to Kevin, my sales manager, this can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks.
