Received Max at the end of January, but I'm just getting involved in NAM. I absolutely love the Oxford Green, as well as just about everything else about it. Here's a pic from a recent trip to the Outer Banks.

The Outer Banks is my favorite place to go especially down to Frisco.

 

All I can find are red or black or white roof stripes for a 2009 BRG Justa with a white roof. Anyone know where to get BRG roof stripes?

 

Try Cooper Flags they have a wide selection of stripes and list green as an available color

me & my '11 Mini CMS. got it used with 20k and everything on it I was looking for - black wheels, sun/moon, beige leather seats, Harmon/Kardon sound, and even an armrest !! let's roll !!!

 

Wow, good for you! I don't even want to know what a great price you got on this deal.

I've seen several of this color combination and they really look extremely good. Truth be told if I'd ordered mine, I would have gone for the black roof myself.

Added the JCW splitter, Stripes all the way down the bumper, and plasti-dipped the chrome around the lights.

Here's Rupert....25% 3M premium tint all around, Platypus license plate holder and rear racing stripes.

 

More Rupert....Replaced door speakers with JL Audio C2 400's, installed JL Audio 700 X 5 amp, JL Aduio 8inch micro sub, Cravenspeed GPS mount and Mini Fini cup holder.

Currently an owner of a MCS Hardtop in Chili Red, but looking at a friend's Countryman S All4 in Oxford Green. She has black Bonnet Stripes, but I feel like you can you hardly see them. If I buy her car I'm thinking of replacing the bonnet stripes with Sports Stripes. Does anyone have a Oxford Green with Sport Stripes? Could you post a pic? I want to see if they show up better!

Wow those are noticeable! I love that you have them down the bumpers I hace that on my Chili Red MINI. I guess the sport stripes are more shiny? Thanks so much!

The stripes are matte black. I didn't want them to shine. Wanted it to be close to the anthracite wheels. I purposely didn't get the stripes from the dealer so that I can go down the bumpers. I also didn't like the pitch fork design over the scoop in the MINI stripes.

 

Hi Team Green. Does anyone know if there have been any fixes in the 2013 model for the chrome tape and thermostat issues?

 

What thermostat issue?

 

The peeling chrome trim affected the 2011's produced after the tsunami in March 2011. It was resolved with the 2012 model year. My November 2011 build never had peeling chrome. It seems all cars that had peeling chrome have been taken care of by now.

The thermostat has either been recalled or there a TSB on it. Do a search, lots of discussion on that several months back. Old news now.

 

Is the cold weather causing anyones tire sensor to give false readings?

 

Mine hasn't yet, however I do recall this happening in the past with other MINIs that I have owned. Usually you just need to reset and all will be well. You might do better posting in one of the other forums such as Fixing Problems and Issues (or search the other MINI forum of Stock Problems/Issues) just in case no one with this color Countryman has ever experienced it.
