Need Help! How to remove R60 S Grille?

I'm in the middle of painting all of the chrome trim on my R60, and I'm stuck on the front grille. This is the top grille above the air scoop.

I've gotten the side clips off of both sides, but it's still connected to the bumper somehow. Does anyone have info or a picture of the clips?

Thanks in advance - I don't want to break anything else. Already broke the clips on both headlight washer covers and one chrome ring clip.

EDIT: Adding photo of what I'm talking about. Blue is the normal clip, yellow is where it feels like there is resistance from other clips, but can't feel anything.

Pull! It will peel off like you are undoing a zipper if you keep the grill perpendicular to the ground. Put your left hand through the grill in the middle and your right hand where the blue dot is and pull with even but hard pressure. Once you have it off, you can put it on a towel or something soft to keep from scratching it and get to work on remove the 2342 tabs(ok, it's just 16 or so) that hold the ring to the grill.

Good luck!

HAHA! 18? Less than 12 hours!

Plasti-dipping all the chrome bits today, blacking out belt-line, tinting windows, applying roof stripes. Will post pics after all that

Still need help with this?

It's a pain in the ***, that's for sure! I literally just took mine apart again yesterday to REMOVE the plastidip in prep for trading back in.

Here's how you do it:

1) Remove the grille cover from the car (4 10mm bolts up top, pull out from bottom).
2) Once it's off, flip it around and set it on a soft surface.
3) Take note of the chrome clips all around the outside of the grille cover. There are both tabs and guides.
4) Take a small flat-blade screwdriver or hose tool and wedge under any black clip holding a chrome tab, then pry it up until the chrome tab is released. Take note that there are both small tabs and large tabs. All are held together in the same way - the black plastic tabs need to be pryed toward you to release the chrome tabs.
5) Pull the chrome surround away from you while doing this, as the tabs need to be pulled out once the black plastic is pried back. The first 2 or 3 will be hard to get right, but don't give up. Once you have it going, the rest is cake.
6) Do steps 4 and 5 around 40 times.

Hope this helps!!

I wedged tooth picks in each clip and it then popped off. I started with a small screwdriver of course.
