If that is your car Brian, it's a very sweet ride! I wonder why you have to wait until the 9th if it got there the same time as mine. My MA wanted me to pick up Monday night, but that's my daughter's 5th birthday, so I'm picking it up on Tuesday 6/5. Are you getting any dealer add-ons like driving lights, etc?
Shark, unfortunately I have too much to do getting the house and yard ready for my daughter's party, or I would have gladly taken a drive over for you. The dealer is 5 minutes from my job, but 25 minutes from my house.
So I know this is the Medea thread, but since several of us on here were waiting on other ships, I thought I would just keep it going on here, if you think you may be on the Dover Highway, which I think mine may be on, it is back on MarineTraffic and not too far off the coast, probably still a couple of days until its first port.
Joe, we decided to go to the Avon Pavilion for dinner, so we went by the dealer to check out the car. All the cars that just came off the truck seemed to have their right front and rear tow hook covers removed. Must have something to do with how they are loaded on the train, boat, or truck. I do like your white wheels...have seen very few cars with those.
haven't called ask mini in a while. Last I heard it was awaiting a ship at the port, but my MA emailed me last week with the expected day that it would arrive in the US and then a hopeful timeframe for it arriving in OKC.

Nice... If my Cabrio is fixed this week I will be picking mine up Saturday and trading my cabrio in. If not I need to find an excuse to delay my pick up a little longer.
Maybe I will need to be in OKC for a business trip (I work for CHK).

Awesome, glad you got to see your car. When are you picking it up? Good to know that they probably have the tow hook cover. I love the white wheels - as soon as I saw them I knew I'd be getting them. I know I'll be cleaning them every day, but it will be worth it.
We will pick it up Friday. As you have probably read on the forum, many of the aftermarket brake pads throw off far less dust than the OEM ones, and our experience on our current car confirmed this.

I hear you on the wheels, I thought the same thing as soon as I thought that option, the way it would look so good with the white top, glad to see an actual picture of them and see that they are as nice as I thought, and a free option to boot!

Yes, they are so nice, and the thing I've gotten the most comments on so far.
