Thanks, the belt line is next. Might do carbon fiber handles or pic up blackjack covers and have them painted.

We bought one!

Well actually it's my fiance's new car she purchased on Saturday but I'm enjoying the heck out of it so far. It's a 2012 All4 Countryman S in Pure Red with a 6 speed. It was a service loaner so she is the first titled owner of it, but they knocked the price down pretty good since it has just under 3K miles. This is the first Mini that either of us have owned or even sat in and I have to say I'm very impressed with the car so far.

Anyways, the part you're probably more concerned about, the pics!

Added a K&N air filter. Now I hear a blow back when I hit the gas or switch gears.

Pretty much the final thing I will do to my CM... the JCW front splitter.

Was a bit of a ***** to be honest with clips not really playing ball. Anyway, with a little encouragement it went on - and IS NOT COMING OFF! if you know what I mean!

Personally, I think it makes the Cooper S CM look much more aggressive and finishes the look a treat. I was told that the one I had from my Mini dealer was the only one in the UK at that time! and none are currently in Germany! amazing.

Anyway, pics to share...

Honestly that's the color I preferred but my wife vetoed it!
Good work!

Looks great, you did a great job. That is one of the best upgrade for the front bumper and really make the front end look more aggressive.

We have them available in the states. Think they sold out in the UK due to being very popular.

BTW, ECS says you need some sort of adapter hardware to install this splitter. Is that what you have in the bag there in the first photo?

Where did you get the euro arches? I had them for my R53 and have been looking for my R60.

Did you remove the trim around the windows and then spray them w/Plasti dip? Or did you just mask the windows and body?

Just wondering because Plasti dip is a much better way...right now I have the vinyl tape from out motoring

I only removed the 2 inch trims right above the scuttles. I basically used the 3M plastic cover to protect the body and windows.

Wow...that DP looks amazing. So much less constriction from OEM. How does it sound and perform now? Noticeable difference? Are you tuned?

Thanks for the pics.
