Last week did the trim rings around the lights in black chrome, was not happy , later that evening used a gloss black for plastic bumpers and did my ducts and grill trim... Took a week for my fingers to recover from all those clips and tabs didn't break one... .... Today finally added my JCW front lip to the car, I know I'm old cause I was bi#c$*ng an I used a lift....

She looks a ill tuff now, waiting for my turbofan wheels and 225/50/18 non runflats to arrive... Found the JCW 19's tire choices two limited....

Swapped the winter wheels and tires and put the stock summer setup back on - 3 weeks earlier than I normally do. Probably means the Sierras will still be getting at least one unexpected snow storm this season as I'm driving through.

Speaking of long beach, usually we drive the little ones down to see my folks in Lakewood and stay in lb. this time we leased; I don't know if we'll have the miles to spare!

Has the UV protection unlike the Di Noc stuff that was originally made for interior work that people started to use on the exterior. So the 1080 will not fade like the Di Noc will over time.

Jason

Cool,

From the picture look like the di Noc stuff a little.

Yea we carry the 3M 1080 and the Di Noc stuff . 1080 looks great! Good stuff for customer carbon fiber look for DIY projects. Keep up the good work.

Ordered from MINI Mania http://new.minimania.com/home.cfm

You're right they're not inexpensive...$295 at MINI Mania, but quality and fit were perfect.

Thanks ECS. That's a little better price. One comment for you though...I find that a lot of the parts you show on your site are missing images. For me at least, these are really helpful to aid me in a purchase and generally I will not buy it if I can't see it first. Food for thought. Cheers!

No trick @ all. I too was worried, thought i'd have to remove front bumper. Used flat tool, similiar to flat head screw driver. 5 tabs, 2 on top, 2 on the bottom n 1 on the side. Shimy tool carefully between bumper n brake ducts.

Great look.

Looks really close to the new "Ray Line" Series Green. Good work.
