Edit* Here is the LCI+ grille. It did not come up at first. Looks like it comes with the badge

Brandon Martin at Sewell Mini gave me the following part number: 51139812759

for the R60 Cooper S Grille. He said it should fit my 2011 Countryman.

Might check this out and give them a call: http://mini.sewellparts.com/index.php

I ordered the larger cupholders from them and they are very good about shipping.

Installed my Union Jack rear view mirror and tach covers, along with my carbon fiber Union Jack valve stem caps and my Union Jack cup holder pads.

Some major technical work here folks; definitely not for the faint of heart!

Pictures later.

Removed about 20# a couple days ago, and today trying to figure out how to pull the dash out to get the sound deadening behind there. Also planning on doing a radio delete as well (going to install a simple AUX setup to play music). That should all drop another 20# or so, and then custom exhaust is next. I'm estimating the custom exhaust should drop about 30#. Putting me at a total of about 70# off the CM All4 once I'm done.

Today I installed the F&R MINI branded weathertech floor liners. Also bolted on a set of OEM roof crossbars. Both were 50% off from my dealer

Painted Scuttles

So today I had the time to remove, prep, prime, paint and clear the side scuttles. The factory gray seemed to oxidize, and nothing seemed to help. I ordered light white paint and the appropriate primer and clear coat. It took about 4 hours for everything, including time between coats.

Had a custom exhaust installed. From 2nd cat, 3" pipe to dual 2.5" exit pipes. Dropped about 30lbs, putting the CM All4 around 3150 lbs now. DP is going in soon, tune should be here early next week. Going 3" from DP back with resonator in the mid pipe.

Sound video:

Next is... more weight loss. lol. 5# Li-Ion Shorai battery will be going in next, dropping about 14 lbs off the front. Then we'll see from there... goal is 3050 pounds. Trying to see if ACPT will make a CF DS for the CM All4 to fix that weak point in the OE driveshaft.

Installed Ziza front position LED bulbs...much better Will probably upgrade fog light bulbs in the near future as well. A nice cheaper alternative to the full LED kit that seems to run about $600-$800 installed.

Love the green! I tried to do the "4" and the "S" with vinyl and that was a pain and turned out like crap. What color paint did you use? Also, what color vinyl did you go with? I had an extremely hard time matching the mirrors.

Thank you! I did lots of research and decided to take a shot at it. Glad I did. Does feel like there's a little more low end, peak feels like it up a tad bit and moved a bit to the right, but spool also feels earlier. Throttle response is way better (Rev matching is effortless now) and top end feels like it pulls a little harder for a split second. Will need some sort of resonator with the catless dp, but overall impressed how the system took the 3" pipe and shines with it. Tune should make it feel better... :D

I just learnt about the Ziza Front Position LEDs and they look cool! Are they easy to swap in?

Super easy. Most annoying part is that most of the work is blind. Just need to turn the bulb connector to remove from the housing and swap in the new bulb.

I used this thread as a guide:

Installed a 2.5" Downpipe. Goes into the OE second car, then into the 3" exhaust.

+1 ,

I re linked it the link in the hypertext was not clickable when you posted The R56 is similar to the R60 countryman on the Ziza bulb install. You have more room in the wheel well of the countryman.

Other Ziza CM kits:

Hopefully that works.

I somehow managed to lightly scratch my windshield while cleaning it. There must have been something on the towel I used to wipe down the glass. Very weird.

Time to break out the Griot's glass polish and my small buffer to polish out the scratches.

How did you keep the ECU happy? Nice difference in power?
