I doubt you will have any warranty issues, if done correctly. It is not very invasive to the car and 100% reversible.

You might blow a fuse or bulb but can't see much else going wrong (as long as you do what is described here).

 

Thanks, just don't want the dealer claiming some ignorant reason for voiding the warranty.

 

jicm, I understand and hope others in your area can help with the dealer question. Mod wise, this is just about as easy (101) as you can get and I am sure they have see way worse mods drive or get towed into their lot. There is always the CHANCE they could try to deny some warranty claim.

It is so simple I can't imagine a dealer doing that but I have read some crazy stories about dealers.

 

I agree, it is simple. I did it and like it.

 

If I am reading this correctly, you can wire it to chirp on lock or unlock. You would need 2 of them to do both?
