R60 sway bar setting on a JCW

Hi, I'm just fixing to add a 22mm (nm Engineering) rear swaybar and was wondering what everyone is setting them to. The hole at the end or the one closest to the bar (front of car). I know the last hole (at the end) is the soft and the inside hole in the harder setting.

I was told to use the harder setting since I have the JCW and it would give me the maximum performance from the suspension.
Any thoughts???
Thanks.

Cool, the nm one I have only has 2 setting, no middle hole. NM suggested the hole closest to the bar (front of the car). A few others suggested this too... I heard the hole at the end of the bar is still similar to the OEM setting, not sure how accurate this info is but I guess it's easy to swap the holes.

To change holes, you'll still need to lift both wheels of the ground, tires off (unless you can access the endlinks with removing), move the endlinks to the desired hole. Not hard, but not something one would do in a Walmart parking lot.

What about Target to Home Depot....lol.... Yeah well I have 2 jacks so I may play with the 2 different settings and see what's best for me... I assume the alignment will not be affected for a hole relocation job... I'm getting an all 4 alignment done after the bar install.

couldn't get in due to new years.... really doing it tomorrow. yeah I just noticed that there is only 2 holes. gonna go stiff. you think you really need an alignment done after? Ive never installed a swaybar before, should I get an alignment after?

Depends on your installer, Jerry at nm told me if you mark everything when you loosen the bolts then you can probably get away with it but I have brand new sticky tires and I want it perfect. He recommended it but I'm sure most don't. I'm not taking any chanced for a $100 or so..

Cool, glad you got it installed. Pix are a pain to load as i think you need a website to load them from. I used to use Flickr and copy the link and the pic would post but It won't do that now.

update, really liking the new 22mm I put it on most aggressive stetting with NM 22mm. its not a crazy diff so don't be scared to set it, you will be happy. I almost set it to the second. do a dp with mainc tune through Marrio. best results for the cost.
