How about the Denso 3444?
Are they any good for a 2012 R60 base model?

I'm new to Mini. I was looking to change my spark plugs on my 2012 Countryman S All4 (it has a Vip Airintake on it)(will add a JB+ soon). I looked a lot of auto parts stores near me, only 1 store carry Denso (5356) Iridium Power Spark that fit my car. I wonder should I go for it, is the Denso (5356) good or you guys have any other suggestion?

Just a bump on spark plugs for a 2011 Countryman S. NGK's site is just showing platinum plugs when OEM calls for iridium. I was about to buy the 95570 but Amazon said it wouldn't fit my car. I get that may be wrong but I'm confused. Am I missing some big page or something on what to get? I see a lot of posts asking similar questions but not many answers :(.

I want to get these replaced as quick as possible since one is already out. I'm going to have to order something. Should I just stick with the densos I bought and try to find a thin wall hex?

Sorry, never came back and updated. I bought these..
Amazon Amazon

Works great! Except turned out it was a coil that was out. Even so, the plugs were past due.

I was NOT able to find a hex thin walled socket. Had to get bi-hex plugs. Annoying since the local auto parts stores didn't tell me that. Most of them wanted me to prepay so they can order for next day delivery. Glad I didn't do that!

When I worked in an engine plant (Diesel) I was amazed at how many tools we had to make to build an engine. We had to turn down standard thin walls for a couple of bolts. We would go through a couple a week since there was just notch metal left and they would fatigue really fast.

Every torque was recoded (wired or bluetooth) but that did not limit what we could fabricate to put on the end for hard to reach things. And that was before the engine was in a truck where it's even harder to get to.
