I'm not sure if I'm using the correct term, but currently Mini doesn't offer OEM parts that aren't plastic you. I'm interested in replacing the part on all 4 sections to look similar to the car (non plastic). Is there anyone that sells these types of parts?



I currently live in Birmigham, AL and haven't found an aftermarket source here.

 

Wheel arch cover, ex part# 51779801881 i think people sand and paint. Not sure if they can be bought smooth.

Btw - I dislike them as original, cheapens look of car. But I don't want to spend the cash to fix it.

 

Get a body shop to paint them...its all abut $$$
