2015 CM ALL4 S EVAP Leak Tracing- HELP PLEASE
I've been going crazy and pushing my shade-tree mechanic skills to the limit trying to get my 2015 CM ALL4 S back on the road. So far, I've been able to go through all the diagnostic codes and replace everything necessary without issue, including coil packs and plugs, downstream O2 sensor, brakes and brake wear sensors, and Evap system pump, which took me a while to locate since Mini located the pump in different locations on every different model and every different year, it seems.
I'm working with a Foxwell NT-530 Scanner specific to BMW / Mini / Rolls-Royce, and I've been very pleased with the scanner's performance. The last thing I'm dealing with, that I just can't seem to get a handle on is code showing a leak in the Evap system. I didn't write the code down and I can pull it from the scanner if that helps anyone, but it did state the leak is less than 1mm. How the hell do you find a leak less than 1mm?!?1? Anyway, YES, I have replaced/tightened the gas cap, etc.
ANY IDEAS short of fire and insurance claim are much appreciated.

One thing I've hit on a couple of minis that's quick and easy to check is the electrical connector on the low pressure fuel pump.
Remove the passenger side rear seat, a few bolts to remove the cover and the connector is right there.
Remove it, and see if any of the pins are loose. I think sometimes that connection gets hot and melts the plastic a bit. You may find one pin you can push up and down.
Some JB Weld will fix that.
