Bought a 2019 CM S, demo from the dealer. Had a good deal and only had 2500 miles.
only thing missing is Nav and Carplay and it seems it isn’t possible to unlock it.
looking to get mudguards, black handles and front and black light bezels. Any luck with overlays?
Just after picking up the CM S
Installed some old Thule crossbars I had from a previous car I had.
6.5” touchscreen head unit with no nav. Carplay imposible?

The scuttles in the pic have a black trim cover press-fit/3M-taped over the original chrome, I believe. Same for the door handles - you can find black door handle covers on eBay, and probably ECS/Outmotoring as well.
If you want to replace them rather than cover them, you can get the base model (non-S, non-JCW) scuttles from MINI, which are all-black. (Got mine from Seattle MINI for ~$37 each plus shipping.)
For the door handles you can pick up a set of just the exterior chrome assemblies and have them painted and clearcoated. I'm sending a set off to the guy that does my powder/chrome/paint, and hoping that the removal/install process isn't too much of an asterisk. (That's going to wait 'til way later in the spring when the weather straightens up.)

Can you supply part# for those base side scuttles? Can't find them anywhere.

I wouldn't attempt a retrofit. You may gain PDC but you would void your warranty for anything electrical if you attempted it. You would likely need new bumpers, new sensors, and a new ECU. I wasn't even aware that in 2019 any of them came without PDC.

The other benefit of the Moonroof delete is the lower profile crossbars on my setup, when I need them. The Moonroof is why Mini's brand crossbars go a lot higher up, so it will clear when open. This thing is so fun to drive I would take it with a Moonroof if I had to, but didn't.

Kick plates are OEM purchased and installed after I bought the car. The light rings, door handles, lift gate trim, etc were installed at the time of purchase. The rear "CooperS" and other smaller trim pieces I bought as OEM or from AllieExpress. I did the belt line myself. The only good way to do the roof rails is to buy OEM and have the dealership install them but it's a beast of a job. They have to drop the headliner and trim just to get to the 4 bolts underneath. Probably cost $550 in parts and $250 in labor. :-( Not one I'd attempt myself.

I think you're underestimating the MINI/BMW labor. My dealer quoted me $350 labor just to install the four black door handles. Just labor - I already have the handles.
