I once shared an Azalea with 3 other guys and it was nasty after a few days. Good thing we didn't stay there much but I felt sorry for the maids who had to go in and clean up after us.
I'd draw up a roster and assign specific cleaning chores to everyone who stays there and encourage late night partyers to clean up after themselves. Hopefully people will be courteous in that respect.
