.It's the whole back seat assembly , bottom ,top , and head rests.I thought I had a pic of the back seat , but I could not find it . I will take one in the morning and post it. Also , I'm not sure if the seat will fit an 06 . I guess you could ask the parts department at the dealership or someone on the board might know .
