I saw that our model PHX resident Victor Barreira is still trying to con honest customers in his shady business of auto parts using funds he borrowed from all kind of nice and trusty people. HE OWES THOUSAND OF DOLLARS ALL OVER TOWN, MONEY HE BORROWED WITH THE FALSE PROMISE HE WOULD REPAID IT IN FULL.

BE AWARE OF THIS GUY.

This is a thread for your own good. He has personally borrowed money from me, sold me parts or goods that were never delivered.

Victor if you have the courage speak up. We are not going away. Time for your scams to come to an end.

You are correct. I should have. But at the time I did considered Mr. Barreira a friend and he needed help, so I did.
Stupid me. These are the circumstances where to be a nice person is the worse decision you can make.

Dear "jaridp" you will not believe how many there are out there. He comes across the most trusty and honest guy you will ever meet.

Ask "Sparco", "Stand21", "OMP" and many other brands he tried to sell. They all have pending accounts with him where he got the merchandise and never paid them back.

There is two sides to each story.

This is what happens when two "very good friends" have a disagreement and part ways. One always feels like he lost more then the other.

Some issues are always better resolved in a private manner.

However, if we have done wrong to any one in the NAM community, please step forward, post your issue, and we will make it right.

First of all, I think this thread should be locked. This is NOT what NAM is about.

On a personal note, I have done business with Victor on three different occasions (pulley, wheels and tires and a cat-back). In all instances, he went out of his way to take care of me and my MINI.

I don't think he'd still be in business for 8 years (or so) if he were scamming people.

You say a private matter. I have tried to contact you for years but you never reply, when I finally got a hold of you, you promise to square things up BUT YOU ALWAYS DISAPPEAR.

So lets resolve this privately. Gather the cash you owe me and it will be all square and you can keep doing business as you wish.

Definitely not a NAM issue. You have never posted here before and have joined for a single purpose. I have also dealt with Victor and had no issues. If it has been six years, I suggest you hit the small claims court. The statute might be coming up.

 

I googled him after I had a conversation with a mutual friend. So I tried this route. He will always find the way to disappear on you. He will promise to meet you and will not show up. I will bring other people who experienced the same.

As for locking this, do so if you feel appropriate, but I am a honest person and he is not. I will try all I can to stop him to con others.

Do you personally know him ? I doubt it, and if you do not, I am afraid you have no right to comment against me.

I wish I could do it legally but unless you have not heard, legal fees will eat anything you will try to get.

Anyway, I have nothing against you people. I respect your point of views. I was hoping to resolve my issue and make everybody else aware.
