Hi, I am awaiting the arrival of my new MINI S. It is supposed to arrive in South Carolina on Sat July 21st. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for those truck/trailers to get to Chicago? I'm trying to contain myself but I ordered my car on June 15th and I'm coming into the home stretch of the waiting game and it's getting really difficult..if anyone has any info, I'd appreciate it. My sales rep doesn't like to commit! Thanks.

 

Most don't. They don't know exactly when your car will clear the VDC. Once they do know things get a little clearer. From VDC arrival to the D/FW area seems to average less than two weeks. However, once one knows the car has cleared the VDC, I'd say you'll likely be driving your MINI in a week or less. Other factors...are you having any installs done at the VDC and/or the dealer? If so, that'll add some time. The last few weeks are grueling. Be strong...and be nice to your MA!!!
