SunTimes Article... Slow down in these towns!

did anyone catch that article in the SunTimes yesterday about IL towns that have the highest and lowest percentage of tickets issued per stop???

Very interesting to see who made the list...

http://www.suntimes.com/news/metro/5...cops12.article

there's a pdf in the article that has the list of towns (I read the article in the paper yesterday)... but I'm not able to open it...

It can be very hard to know when your in one town then another around here. Bottom line, slow down, I bet the % of Coopers/sports cars getting tickets is always above avg even in the below avg cities.

Here's the PDF. I never would have imagined citation rates could vary so drastically!

I guess I'll do all my speeding in Geneva, and slow down when passing through Gilberts!

Fuggedaboudit. I lived in Chicago for 6 years until recently. It's nice being back on the right coast, but I miss Chicago hot dogs bad.

I'll have to check out Portillos?!?! Maybe some of their sauces, that would be cool.

Blasted rock comment went over my head.

I think I'm gonna make a trip back for my birthday/New Years, treat myself to an all out steakhouse gluttonous adventure. Now which one...

If driving is better in the winter because
the potholes are filled with snow, you live in Chicago
Good time of year to come back

Remember Radar detectors don't do anything for LIDAR that at least Palatine, Arlingtn Heights, Rolling Meadows and ISP use.

For the record I drive through6 of the towns in that artile on a regular basis, have tosay I am a little suprised about which towns made the list over some others I know of.
