I was at Woodfield Friday night at the Improv. I actually spotted an AB MCS picking up a passenger at about 6:30pm. Since I was sitting on the bench waiting for friends, it would have been silly for me to wave

Speaking of spotting @ U of C, on 05.13 around 4:30pm, I saw a MCS Yellow/B...and i parked mine right next too it

It was right outside of Harper Center on 58 between Woodlawn and Kimbark. I have attached the photo here

Besides a the MCS MY/B that you parked next to, there is always a MCS LY/W around the campus. I wonder which staff/faculty members are parked in the underground parking of Harper Center?

Spotted and briefly chatted with the driver of a PW/B MCS (R53) on Golf Rd. in Skokie around 6:30 PM yesterday.

 

Was passed by a black '02-'04 MCS on southbound LSD close to 11 am. Co-pilot waved as they passed.

Spotted: "fishy MINI" - EB/W MCS - wb Golf Rd @ 9:20am. I was following you in the other lane from MtProspect Rd to Arlington Hts Rd. tried to get near to wave, but traffic was slow in the fast lane

I don't think there's been any consensus developed, but I would vaguely guess that it could be:

MCCL / MCSCL or MCCl or MCSCl or MCCM / MCSCM (CLubman or ClubMan)

or, probably easier -- R55 MC / MCS.

 

saw a lot of minis in evanston today.One that stood out was a black MCS with black rims. license plate ININJAI

 

Saw a photographer doing a shoot of a MY MC under the LSD overpass at Bryn Mawr.

And this isn't a MINI spotting, but I was passed by GT SHNZR on the Edens Spur near the toll plaza...

 

My husband actually... he always wanted to do a shoot of his S2000 with the reflection of the morning sun but never got around to doing it (we traded it in for the MINI). So we went today in the afternoon sun but my husband forgot his polarizer . Oh well next time.. we are definitely going to go in the morning sun.. I think he did an awesome job!!

 

One more shot... he needs to do some editing as he shot the pics in raw..

 

So that was you! Awesome! Most MINI drivers in the city don't wave or anything so I just don't bother anymore, but I figured someone taking pictures would appreciate at least a greeting.

I love that last shot! When the time comes for submissions for the calendar, you should enter it in!

The light from sunrises over the lake is awesome. You guys should definitely give it a shot.
