How much for the bracket?
I might be interested if he isn't.

Speaking of steering wheels, I just removed my MK1 steering wheel this weekend. It is for sale if anyones interested.

Also I just got this new wheel for under 50 bucks. It is very nice and looks VERY much like my $300 MOMO on my other mini.
I found a very good source for steering wheels it appears....

There are two different ones on ebay. There is a 10 dollar one that I have and there is a $20 one that looks better. Just search for Transformers Horn Button.

The number of screws in the middle depends on what kind of steering wheel you get. What hold the stock one on it a big nut in the middle. The nut holds the adapter on and the 5 (or 6) screws hold the wheel onto the adapter. You can buy and adapter for whatever wheel you get on www.gbcarparts.com

Woo, flip-up! That would have been nice in my pickup. Had the drop bracket, and it made getting my freakish long legs in and out into a game of twister.

Very nice MK 1 interior--and, you can't beat a wood Motalita. Clown noses? Love it. Gotta get that ratchet/socket out of the photo, though. It gives the impression that these cars aren't reliable.
