Cabwy: Certified Rescue Diver, huh? Cool! I'm a certified rescue swimmer, line tender, extrication technician, blah, blah, blah... Pretty neat. Are you on a department?
Norm: Those are some long fingernails my friend
On another note, while updating our Garmin, they have an original Mini as one of the pictures in the slideshow while you wait...They also have an R56 on their website

I am not on any department, I think you are thinking of search and recovery. The best I can do is save someone in distress in my dive group. We learn how to even do the CPR (breathing part) while dragging someone in from the water.
How close are you to Philly,, come on over for a long wekeend and my husband will get you certified!!
Now, back to "As the Mini Turns" I CANNOT believe that there are no pics yet!! Am I allowed to drink this early in the morning? Grabbing # 75 off the wall- this would go great with a Mexican Omelet...
Oh, and my mini is delayed out to sea... the cargo ship UNDINE has been buffeted by strong headwinds and 23 ft waves... hang on min!!

I've thought about simply getting a # symbol, just to see how many people pick up on it.

#75 is mine, all mine I tell ya.
I must be getting old, in the first vid all I could think of was why don't those guys tie their hair back so it doesn't keep hitting them in the face. Getting slapped with those dreads must have stung a bit.
No news huh, oh dear.

I believe that this is probably the most anticipated Mini EVER! I think you should name it Martha (in honor of "Grandma") Anticipation. You could call it MA (pronounced mah or maw depending on which side of the Mason-Dixon you live on) for short.

I wonder if Grandma "Martha" already has a name for her car? If so... perhaps the given name could/should be carried on? I don't know if we'll ever be able to find out that info though... seems pretty tough just to get basic stuff.
Middle of the week flight? Like tomorrow middle of the week? Or like middle of next week?

OOOh wait... I don't want to go back 14 or so pages to read but isn't this car "orange"? I'm thinking it should be named "The Great Pumpkin"! Remember the wait in the patch and the dedication by Linus and his pals to SEE IT?
And remember when the Great Pumpkin finally rose and all the excitement about it being real? Talk about anticipation!
I know... I know... it was just Snoopy but still. It was the belief that the Great Pumpkin existed and friendship that kept Linus going.
