Here it is ... 33EJB in America!
This vintage Mini is a tribute to the rally Minis of the 1960s ... the exterior celebrates the 1964 Monte Carlo victory of Hopkirks winning Mini 33EJB with all original Lucas rally lights including a former BMC Roof Mounted Spot and authentic 1964 Rallye Monte Carlo competitor's plate (modified with vinyl to read #37), the interior (seats, fabric, headliner, etc) is factory OEM for a MK1 Tartan Red Morris Cooper, and the Rally Dash is a late 1960s BMC design which is fully functional. This car runs SCCA RoadRallies and TSD Rallies along with attending a few shows here and there! It is a scream to drive!

more pics
its got cheap black interior, front part of headliner ruined - someone installed a vw light console in the ceiling, rear pockets were cut for the roll cage and dash needs work
Based on the body # - That will be right on the cusp of 59/60 but the shell was probably built late 59. However the car would probably have been built early 60. Most of the numbers given a you say date the parts to late 59 ish but that would be normal for a late 60 too
based on FE # - date of very end '59 to start of '60 has been told to me
based on the info from this web site http://www.1959miniregister.com
My car has no drip guards, brass hinges (3 of the 4), welded seat mouting, passenger door lock has round button but painted black, early heater, small rear hinges in rear windows, round drain holes and in rear only and drain holes in doors.
