Meno - What type, or who makes that front end you are using? Any info would be great.

Hahaha, you can un-club it. I see you are in Maryville. You do realize that Mini Meet East is in your back door this year, right? 120 or so classic Minis plus however many new MINIs show up. Check www.mme2007.com We'll be all over Blount County in late June.

The Full Monte!

Here it is ... 33EJB in America!

This vintage Mini is a tribute to the rally Minis of the 1960s ... the exterior celebrates the 1964 Monte Carlo victory of Hopkirks winning Mini 33EJB with all original Lucas rally lights including a former BMC Roof Mounted Spot and authentic 1964 Rallye Monte Carlo competitor's plate (modified with vinyl to read #37), the interior (seats, fabric, headliner, etc) is factory OEM for a MK1 Tartan Red Morris Cooper, and the Rally Dash is a late 1960s BMC design which is fully functional. This car runs SCCA RoadRallies and TSD Rallies along with attending a few shows here and there! It is a scream to drive!

That is one heck of an impressive interior! What's the controller box in the passenger door for?

That is used by the Navigator in rallies. The box contains a Butler Map Light, toggle switches used for the electric screen washer and wipers, and of course a cig lighter!!!

Also, on the Navigator's side are the dual time pieces, trip meter, more switches and pulls including the rear fog lamp, and the fuse boxes below the dash.

The driver's side contains toggle switches for the lights, flashers, heated screen, and of course a cig lighter! The gauges include Battery, Oil Pressure / Water Temp, Tach, and Speedometer!

Both sides contain aircraft P-lights to illuminate the time pieces (nav-side) and the route card holder (driver-side top of dash)!

It's a real hoot to turn everything on!

Robert
