Installation is easy. You have to cut your factory exhaust 3" behind the cat. The instructions spell it all out and it is easy. I recommend disconnecting the V band clamp that holds the factory downpipe to your factory exhaust and make the cut with your factory exhaust off of the car. Also, I bent the rear hangers that are bolted to the car up about a half an inch for better fitment in the rear.

Installed it today.
A slight improvement in the sound, particularly at idle and wide open throttle.
Butt dyno says there's an improvement in Horsepower.
MAKE SURE you turn the middle pipe with the resonator all the way up or it will hit the pan that sits under it that mounts with six bolts!
Tata Steva box size: 49" X 25" X 14" Shipping weight 95 lbs.

Any photos of the "critical" spot?
Any welding involved or just cut and screw?
Thanks for the size!

Well I installed mine yesterday. I'm really surprised at how subdude it is. Does have a nice mellow tone. Not near as much sound as the magnaflow system on my Fiat Spider. Does feel a bit faster though. Do I need to disconect the battery to reset the ECU to get the best performance?

Follow up...
I dont know if I have the weird clubman of the bunch, but my Magnaflow keeps hitting the below floor tunnel pan. I bent the back hangers up 3/4" to bring it up and it helped cure 50% of the clanking.
It doesn't matter how I turn, twist or tweak the pipes it still clanks going over bumps and rough roads. The only other solution I can see is to add some washers to the tunnel pan to bring it down a bit, But I feel that I shouldn't have to re-manufacture a product that should fit like OME.
Slopeslider like HomerJ said it will get a bit louder/deeper as you drive it, mine is already starting to deepen and get a bit more rumble.
