Source for inexpensive steel wheels for Countryman S?

I'd like to get my wife a set of dedicated wheels for winter. TireRack has no steel wheels for CMS.

Anyone know where to find some steelies?

Thanks!

I'm in the market for this as well.

What tires (make and size) are you planning on getting?

I'm really happy with the Bridgestone Blizzak LM60's on my Clubman, so I would like to get a set of Blizzak WS70 on 16" wheels for the Countryman:

http://tires.tirerack.com/search?p=R...ist&cref=champ

(This is the non-run flat version.)

17" would also do if I had to, but I would prefer for winter use that the tires be as narrow as possible, so a smaller diameter and narrower wheel with matching tires would be ideal.

If I can't find cheap steel wheels I'll just have my local tire shop swap (fat) winter tires onto the 17" factory wheels and call it a day. Not ideal, but then, what is?

I found this on their site. Are TPMS sensors supported? A bit hard to tell but it mentions TMC sensor which might be the same thing?

back in 2012, i asked if tpms sensors worked on the steelies and ecstuning had no definitive answer ... so i bought the mini oem 16 inch alloys they sell that they knew the tpms sensors work on

Its looks like the TPMS sensor are not for the 16" Countryman and Paceman MINI 5x120 steelies. Steal wheels.

Don't forget the center-caps linked.

All the info and pic we have seen show them with rubber stems from the factory production cars. Unless something has changed.

We know they fit the Euro 16" mini oem alloy wheels Mfg Part# 36109803725

Here is the sensors, We even have them in a kit now with free ship: 36106856227

Thanks
