MINI Services in the DC area

Just wondering if anyone knows of a place to get my mini serviced in the DC area. The dealers in Sterling and Annaoplis is a little far out for me and was trying to see if there is a trustworthy place I can take my mini in the DC area.

Lucky Dog Garage is a local favorite, they are a vendor here on NAM and have their own forum section. www.luckydoggarage.com Also check the DCMM forum for some of our events that we are teaming up with LDG for.

If you're looking for a service facility closer to DC - you can try Currys Automotive - they have a facility in Falls Church in addition to facilities in Great Falls, Chantilly and Sterling. Towson and Lucky Dog are not very close to DC.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to Tate. Unfortunately, there are only 3 choices if your car is under warranty. Tate, Towson, and Sterling.
Tate's service is so bad, their negligence could have killed me. Please don't use them, for your own safety.

Can you please elaborate for me as I was planning on going to Tate for the second oil change in a few weeks. Or maybe there is a link to a thread I missed that you could direct me to...thanks

For those of you with cars out of warrenty or who want intermediate oil changes, etc, Alexandria Bavarian works on MINIs. The owner Grant is friends with one of my clients, and works on his M6.

Don't know, but the website has their number. Call them and ask... Oil changes on pre-2007 MINIs are pretty easy, I always did mine.
