5-Single stage WAI
6-15% pulley + 2% crank

2-DDMWorks CAI
3-RMW header -cat
4-Modified Borla Race
5-Progressive WAI
6-RMW "Killer Cantalope" SC
7-Modified M7 DFIC
how you only running 12.5 psi when you have 15%+2%? is that already over 15%?

I was talking to MSFITOY about getting to meet the crew and having that experience. I did not know the outcome of the race.

yes...

I was aware, I just wanted to point out I enjoyed the race as well, particularly the result, even though this house does have an Audi in its stable!

Sid, great thread, even greater car!

Battle of the Brits...
Just in case any of you Midwesterners are in the area, you might enjoy this event on Sunny Sunday September 9th...or even enter it...Sterling Heights, Freedom Hills Park, Michigan...

http://www.detroittriumph.org/

A very nice venue with lotza cars and Minis...I will be entered in the show for the fifth year in a row along with a few other friends of MMMC...

That is not uncommon to believe that the pulley size denotes the total boost. Much more to it then the mechanical pulley number. Also 12.5 is a better realistic working boost that will not lend to the unfavorable heating of IAT's and pre detonation of fuel. Not to mention over revving the SC. Also running much more then 13 psi you need to run 100 octane fuel or higher.

SID did you see my new toy on my MINI ?

Have fun at the BYOB Sunday Sid. I'll be with the gang at MIS. One of the only "local" events for me...only 35 miles away. Don't have to leave the house until the F1 race is over!

What copy you ?? No its that simian brain cell that we seem to share.I have been doing red theme since 2003. I had to look at all your pictures to see if you were kidding. LOL and there it was ! The exhaust cut out is purely for the novelty and as you read I will have it controlled by remote for more fun. Oh and when I make my exhaust sound film.

Would you believe I had my mirror caps painted red in 03...long before the GP came out? Glad I got rid of that stupid idea...

Does it hurt when I bang my head against the wall like this?

What exactly is this? Because to me I do not know how this functions unless there is a piece of the exhaust missing.

Exhaust cut-out I believe, flip a switch, and the flap opens up the pretty much to be like an open header Woo-Hoo

VW R32 have something similar to this only it's operated upon vacuum/RPM (I think), and it doesn't dump into the atmosphere like that (still goes through the whole exhaust system)...Just allows more of a free flowing exhaust.

If I'm wrong, someone can correct me. It's been a while since I've followed up in the VAG community.

Correct, the exhaust takes a shortcut when it opens making it louder. The C6 Z06 has a very similar system too.
