If you are not looking for ajustability only a lower ride height go with progressive rate springs. Unless you want to 'slam' the car, which I'd advise against.

a bit off topic but how would you rate the performance improvement with that exhaust and filter upgrade?

Actually it is not completely off topic because I started this topic under wrong section. It should`ve been under suspension.

By the way, there is an improvement which I can easily feel. Elasticity is mostly improved.
