What Vacuum should I be, at idle?

I'm thinking my car has a slight vacuum leak because my car still turns off when I come to a stop light with the A/C on.
My boost gauge reads 10-12 for vaccum but my E55 Benz reads 20 at idle. I was wondering if the Mini should also be at around 20? I need your help guys.
Thanks
Mario

Hey Mario...There was a software update for the AC turning off the car when idling. At least thats what fixed mine. I was only aware of it on the older cars like mine. 10-12 psi vacuum doesn't seem like a leak to me.....

Wonder if mine is ok. I'm at 12-14 at idle. But my car hasn't turned off.

I forgot to mention I have the Fireballed head, and the Detroit byPass valve. Today I looked and I have 11in/hg with no A/C at idle and stopped. I have 21in/HG with no A/C and coasting to the red light in neutral.
Normal?

Coasting with the trans engaged will give an inaccurate reading.
Was the trans engaged?

Do you have a cam in there? The cam will lower it by a few inches HG.

Mine with stock = 16-18" at idle
Mine with Shrick race = 10-12" at idle.

Cool. Didn't want things to get confused.
Last time I checked at 875RPM idle I was at ~18"Hg.
Stock head/cam, intake, exhaust manifold.
HDI Intake, 15% and Magnaflow exhaust.

PS: No AC
