I installed mine today. Works great! I measured the shift travel at 4.5" before and now 3.5". I'm happy!

I installed mine and it feels amazing! Reminds me of when I had my RX8! Indo have a problem though...... when I'm driving, around 2 to 2.5k rpms theres a small rattle and after a while I feel some heat around the shifter. I did take off the 2 10mm bolts that keep the thick rubber grommets on the exhaust because they wouldn't screw back in securely so I thought the rattle was from that, but it sounds like it's coming from under the shifter. Nothing feels loose though...... what could that be? I'm also concerned about the heat though...... is that because the shifter box isn't there and that blocked more heat?
