2" or 2.25"?

Check the thread for the RMW Exhaust. Jan give the diameter in there. I think it was 2.25"

From what I have read, it's 60 mm or roughly 2.36".

From measuring the stock exhaust on my R56, the diameter changes as it travels from the turbo down to the back muffler. I don't have exact numbers in front of me, but it's something like 2.5" at the downpipe, and it necks down after the first cat, then again after the 2nd cat to about 2.25". If I remember I'll go measure my stock exhaust and double check.

Hey guys, can someone please tell me what size tips I need to buy if I simply want to replace the stock tips. I am going to keep the stock exhaust for now but want larger tips to fill out the gap. Thanks!

Just go to any exhaust shop, they should have a selection of tips that they can install for you. A 2.25" inlet is common size tip, you can even get a 3" inlet tip to work too if they know what they doing.

what tips will work with 2.36

If the exhaust is 2.36 how will 2.25 tips work. I to may want to put some tips on to fill out the opening but I am not sure which ones will fit
