What is the correct JCW spark plug?

My dealer installed new plugs and wires as part of a service...the plugs are NGK 5. When I changed these I don't remember that number...

That's the "normal" plug with the "6", the JCW plug is the "7" that has been posted here. It's one step colder.(even though the number is higher)

At the dealer? Or online?

Dealer, I have seen post of quotes anywhere from 50-100, I was quoted 65 if I remember correctly. Oh ya, did I forget to mention, that is for EACH plug!!!!

Online, same plug with same number on it, can be found for 8.95!
