We've discussed this before. The issue was not that he was or wasn't RMW. The issue was that he was representing RMW on the site with information that should have been coming from you. As I said, you and I have discussed this via PM and I don't have the impression it is a continuing issue on the site.

Jan, have I ever worked for you? Have I ever received free products from you? Am I a paying customer of yours? How long did I know you before I purchased the first RMW head and started posting about you and your products? Here is one more Jan, Am I Dale from Voltage? Do I work for Dale?

Seriously Jan just put a yes or no after each question.

At this point I don't care what the answers are. The issue was the perception that was created with me and MANY other members of the site. I think these have been resolved so its time to move on.

You said it exactly, it was a "perception" but never the real case. I was found guilty by perception and never truth.

I've said my peace and will move on per your request Mark.

And this is exactly why your continued snarkiness has earned you a week break from the site. If it continues when you return you'll be removed permanently. Enjoy your break.

Really? He's being banned because he questioned the manner in which a mod 'rules'? That's out of order if you ask me. This is the internet, the one place where our freedom of speech and thought IS NOT regulated by some moral watchdog or censorship body, let's try and keep it that way yeah?

Uhh no. Look at the guidelines and see the section about respect for other members. His comments have been going on a long time, not only with myself but with other mods, and members of the site. Freedom of speech is allowed in full unless it violates the posted site guidelines which set the limits on what is allowed here.

He has not been permanently banned...a week off. When the time out is up he can choose to be a helpful and respectful part of the membership or not. If not, then he will need to find a new place to post his views.
