Each state is different, not sure how strict yours it. Chances are itw ill pass. if it does not just put your second cat back in. make sure you save it because youc an always put it back in.

does the downpipe come with cats that meet CARB requirements? I currently have a 3" magnaflow custom catback but id love to get a full 3" setup...

In other words, if i order the downpipe with cats, does it come with the 3 cats?

I want the whole turboback eventually but can only afford one or the other.

which one would be best in terms of addiding the parts later? would it be easier to get the dp now and then a few months later the catback or would it be easier to get a catback and add the dp later...

from the website, it seems that molding will be required... does that mean its irreverisible?

dont quote me on this but i think you need the catback first, because the stock catback might not bolt up to the new downpipe. but it may work both ways. probably not if they offer just a catback. check with Hector first - hes extremely knowledgeable on the topic.
