ecu cover with unichip

when I install the unichip ecu, I guess the factory cover isnt used anymore, is this a big deal and shouldn't there be a cover to replace it?

Stock cover fits just fine. Have you tried to put it on?

The stock cover does not appear to be deep enough to cover the now extended connectors.

thats like putting a 3 lb. sausage in a 1 lb. bag.

The OEM cover doesn't fit over the piggy back harness and nobody has marketed a replacement cover yet.

Unichip isn't quite through with the beta testing phase on their R56 product...

I've had my PnP ECU for over six months now. The stock cover will not fit with the PnP harness installed. I've had no difficulties with leaving the harness cover off.
