Head bolts or studs?

I am getting ready to install a Thumper head. In the past I have used ARP head bolts or studs depending on the application. Is one a better choice for the MCS?

thanks,
Kevin

The studs are almost always stronger. ARP 12mm studs are 190,000psi tensile strength.

Rick, Thanks for the reply. I was leaning towards using the studs. Since my next major upgrade will involve a different supercharger whenever a suitable replacement is available, I won't have to worry about keeping the head and block in the same zipcode.

thanks again,
Kevin
