One more thing i just looked up is the amount we have sold vs. the amount we have returned/sent out 02 extendors to. It looks like its around 15-20% of parts sold have been returned or had issues. Normally we consider 1-2% failure rate high. This high % of issues is why we stopped selling the part last year for the short period of time. But with that said, i think there will be alot of people that will deal with the CEL until the flash is available, now that we have been clearer about the CEL problem. Or at least i hope they will be ok with it!

Just a random update since I was searching for some information (and no, I have not contacted ALTA yet). My exhaust now sounds like a civic....something that I dont necessarily enjoy. My MINI used to carry the nice tone of the 1.6L motor almost boxerish with the exhaust, but now when Im on the throttle and next to a building/car etc it is SO raspy it sure doesnt sound like it used to....

That, and my CEL is more of a permanent on/off scenario. I may as well have gone catless
