Drivetrain Info/thoughts on this intake for the MCS?

You get what you pay for Looks like someone's garage project to me, here's why:
*The Filter element looks to be too small to be able to flow enough air at WOT while dirty.
*There are no mounting point to support the filter! It looks to just sit in the lower airbox tub and hang from the inlet tube. It also does not support the remote battery terminal, leaving it floating around (bad!).
*The heat shield is of the BMP style, which while slightly functional, is not optimal. Great for low price point.

If you're looking to squeeze the buffalo while actually gaining performance, take a look at Pilo Racing's cold-air intake. (look in the sponsor directory)
