Hey guys,

We never stated it would not get a CEL. We made it very clear we are not 100% however during our testing we did not get a CEL. We have sold quite a few besides this forum, and nobody has stated any CEL trouble yet either. Do you have an exhaust on the car Greg? I cannot remember. Do you a tune on the car? Also can you PM me a little more feedback on how many miles until you got the CEL. If you can recall what RPM or MPH etc...This information helps us with the simulator. We are working on the SIM fix for this issue across the board so it will all be taken care of regardless. I am positive you did not get a faulty cat. However if you think that is the issue we will gladly exchange it for a new DP free of charge Thanks guys!

Thanks guys. All the info I have is in the first post with the info pulled using a scangauge.

The exhaust is a Milltek. Have a slight exhaust leak, due to DP being canted slightly to the right as N1tro has already told you guys. N1tro had a new gasket, I didn't. Car goes over to Muffler King on Monday to cut exhaust and get a better alignment with DP and install new gasket. N1tro still hasn't thrown a code.

Just had car tuned by RMW-----------no CEL's repeats again since tune.

Think this will work out but in case it doesn't, looking forward to the 02 sim.

All good, don't get your panties in a twist (mine aren't)!

Appreciate the offer of the exchange but lets see how this progresses.

Car after RMW tune pulled 208.5 WHP and 238.3 WTQ thanks to your DP, Helix's FMIC and RMW.

Will keep you posted and please do the same!

Cheers!

Aaaargh,
My RR downpipe finally threw a CEL, turns out it takes a special driving condition and then it trips every time ..... it's having my wife in the passenger seat, apparently it's the only way to set the "light cruising" condition for emissions checks.

Ok, it's not really that funny, I'll have to put reinstall the stock downpipe Monday or suffer a wicked earache until the Sim is released.

I'm taking more optimistic route... granted I purposefully went catless, but I'm just clearing the code with a scangauge every several days (takes all of 30 seconds to do). I'm hoping the sim comes out in the next month or so. that's a level of pain I'm comfortable with.
