Need input from people that tore down timing......

.....and ofcourse put it back together. I am about to put the engine back together after the unfortunate timing chain snap accident ,few months ago , and any input from knowledgeable people is appreciated. Basically im about to start putting the timing chain assembly with sliders into the block , and start torquing everything up to specs. I have all the timing tools that are needed to hold cams/crankshaft in place. Any tips? Suggestions?
